It is important to note that products with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottle caps or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, cannot bereturned once the seal is broken. Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty starting from the time of delivery.
For an extended warranty period, you can contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service. However, it is important to note that certain items such as Atomizers, Disposable Vapes, Replacement Pods, Coils, Spare Parts, Hemp Products, and Rechargeable Batteries are not covered under our warranty policy.

It is important to note that customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us for returns, and we do not offer replacements for defective items. Finally, it is important to understand that certain items such as Atomizers purchased on our website are exclusively intended for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts e-liquids.
Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will automatically void any warranty on these products, and we will not accept them for return. It is essential to remember that this warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
