To help us optimize savings and minimize shipping costs, we recommend that you consider purchasing your order in bulk. However, please note that all transit times are estimated delivery times and do not include weekends or holidays. If you’re located in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process.

As required by Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will need Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette-related products. To receive the package, the recipient must show a proper form of government-issued photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

Please note that the Adult Signature service attracts an additional charge of $7, and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process. However, to make things more convenient for you, we’re able to ship your vape gears to a business address.

It takes between 24 and 72 business hours to process all orders before shipping, after which a tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer to confirm that the package is in the final stages of fulfillment. The shipping method and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location.

At Elfbar Vapes USA, we understand the need for customers to return orders for various reasons. However, any reshipping services are at our sole discretion. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

Additionally, if a package is returned to the sender because the carrier couldn’t collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Elfbar Vapes USA reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Elfbar Vapes USA reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed, and we’re not obligated to resend them at our expense.

It’s important to note that there are some state regulations regarding the sales of certain products. Orders with prohibited items will be removed and canceled from the order, subject to the entire order being canceled and refunded, while the rest of the package will be processed normally. Vape sales are banned in some states, including Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, and Vermont, as well as some cities like San Francisco and Anchorage. Flavored e-liquid sales are banned in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and some cities like Chicago and Washington D.C.

For the state of Maryland, we’re unable to ship any Disposable Vapes to customers located within the state due to local regulation that was put in place. For the states of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, the use of coupons will not apply due to state restrictions.

In the unfortunate event that you experience lost or undelivered packages, please note that it’s not the responsibility of Elfbar Vapes USA, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. We understand that any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update, and we’re committed to resolving such matters to the best of our ability.

It’s important to note that Elfbar Vapes USA will not be responsible for packages that are shown as delivered when shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

We urge customers to input accurate and complete address submissions to avoid delays, returns, and other issues that could impact the successful shipping of their orders. Please note that Elfbar Vapes USA is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
